Service Description
These mini sessions are designed for mums, families, babies, and couples wanting to update their photos with something soft, natural, and full of love. Set within my signature styled space, 'Luxe Boho Garden' as seen in the promo images. This space has been thoughtfully styled to feel warm, relaxed, and beautifully timeless. Short, guided, and effortless, so you can simply show up and be present. ✨ WHAT’S INCLUDED • 15 minute session • Styled outdoor setting in the Luxe Boho Garden • Gently guided posing throughout • 5 professionally edited images • Option to upgrade your gallery ✨ WHO THEY ARE PERFECT FOR • Mums with their babies • Families • Couples • Anyone wanting updated photos Maximum of 6 people per session Please note these sessions are not suitable for extended families or styled newborn sessions ✨ LOCATION Sessions will take place on my property at 51 Reeves Saunders Road, Sarina Range. In my signature Luxe Boho Garden setting, as seen in the promotional images 💗 In the event of rain, sessions will be moved to my studio at 41 Leslie Street, Sarina. This decision will be made on the morning of your session, and all bookings for that day will be relocated accordingly. ✨ IMPORTANT DETAILS • Please arrive 5 minutes early to your session • Sessions are strictly 15 minutes • If you arrive late, your session will be forfeited and is non refundable • Limited spots available across 3 days only, 24th, 25th, 26th of April 2026. Please only book the mini on these dates at these times or your booking will be cancelled. Friday 24th x 5 slots - 3:00pm, 3:30pm, 4:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:00pm Saturday 25th x 5 slots - 3:00pm, 3:30pm, 4:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:00pm Sunday 26th x 6 slots - 2:30pm 3:00pm, 3:30pm, 4:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:00pm • Full payment of $100 to secure your booking • No rescheduling available Spots are limited and will book quickly 💗
Cancellation Policy
By booking a session with SarahHearts Photography (the Photographer), you agree to the following terms. Session Types Mini sessions are suitable for most sessions except styled studio newborns and extended family shoots. Mini sessions are limited to a maximum of six (6) participants. Extended family shoots require a dedicated booking. Clients are responsible for booking the correct session type based on participant numbers. Booking & Payment A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the booking fee. Sessions may be rescheduled by the Photographer due to illness, weather, or circumstances beyond their control. Arrival & Light Clients must arrive on time and allow sufficient travel time. If late arrival results in insufficient natural light to deliver images to a professional standard, the Photographer reserves the right to cancel the session and full payment will still apply. Image Galleries Mini sessions include a minimum of 30 images to choose from, full portrait sessions a minimum of 50 images, and extended family sessions a minimum of 100 images. Final images are professionally edited and delivered in colour and black and white. Additional images and products may be purchased. Style, Copyright & Privacy Clients acknowledge familiarity with the Photographer’s style. Unedited (RAW) files are not provided. The Photographer retains copyright; clients receive a personal-use licence only. Images may be used for portfolio and marketing unless the client requests, that their images (or their children’s images) not be used online or for advertising. All privacy requests are fully respected. By booking and paying for a session, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
